How We Work

We believe in one another as the default and show ourselves to be trustworthy. We choose team over self and wholeheartedly believe that no one is bigger than their team or the company. We do the right thing when no one is watching. We feel empowered to take action without finger pointing.
Trust can't exist without accountability. We set expectations with our teammates, not just our manager. We hold each other accountable for expectations and living our values. We recognize the accomplishments of our peers that drive success. We share a will to win and go the extra mile when needed.
Our first customer is our Listen360 teammates. Relationships are built on give and take and not one-sided. We accept that we will never know our customers’ businesses as well as they do, yet it is our duty to come up with solutions to their problems. We are open to feedback and new ideas, yet are honest about what we can accomplish. We err on the side of speaking up, even if the issue or concern is small.
