Pat Tinley, CEO
"I learned early on that if you surround yourself with the best and brightest, give them the passion, vision and resources to get the job done, amazing things will happen."A native Georgian, Pat has been an integral and respected member of Atlanta’s technology community for more than 20 years. His initial foray into the technology sector began when he joined Management Science America (MSA), a ground-breaking Atlanta-based company that pioneered the concept of packaged software. Pat employed a winning style of leadership and mentorship as MSA’s VP of Development — skills he honed from years of service as a U.S. Army Captain with the 101st Airborne Division. In 2001, Ross Systems tapped Pat as its Chairman and CEO, and under his guidance, the company became one of Atlanta’s top NASDAQ-listed technology companies.
Pat was instrumental in the founding of Listen360 and helped shape its vision to become today’s preeminent customer feedback platform for businesses looking to grow and prosper in this age of social media-empowered customers. As CEO, Pat is dedicated to building Listen360 into the next great software company.

Angela Bossie, Chief Customer Officer
"We have an extremely robust and innovative product that helps our clients grow their business by strengthening their customer relationships. The advent of social media makes customer feedback 'mission critical' because, in the end, it’s not what you say about your brand, it’s what your customers say."As Chief Customer Officer, Angela takes ownership of every customer touchpoint. Having built a successful company by listening to and meeting the expectations of her customers, she is the personification of a customer-centric business philosophy. “I take the time to really understand our customers’ objectives and internal processes, and I translate that into driving our product direction. I’m here to ensure that our clients get exactly what they need from our solution.”
Angela thrives on creating lasting customer relationships and providing outstanding results, and she has the operational know-how and leadership to get her customers up and running quickly. It’s the perfect blend of her customer-centric philosophy and her technology background. Angela started her career at Management Science America (MSA), supporting customers and solving technical issues. After taking time off to raise her children (“my most valued relationships”), Angela became the top-selling salesperson at an educational media company before joining the founding leadership team at Listen360.
Angela is passionate about her clients, the quality of her product and collaborating with her team, making her essential to the building of Listen360. She is a sought-after speaker at industry events, sharing her real-world experience about the value of a loyal customer base.

Brian Fitzpatrick, Chief Technology Officer
"At Listen360, we utilize an Agile development methodology coupled with a Rails development environment,” says Brian, as if invoking an underground language. “What that means to our customers is a beautiful, fluid product that adapts quickly to technology advances and market dynamics. Whenever customers ask when new features are coming out, I say, ‘all the time.’ We have created a culture of continuous deployment of features. Stick around, there’s something new happening right now."In every way, Brian is that rare combination of senior software executive and hands-on technology visionary. His talent for programming creative solutions to complex business problems was fostered at an early age. Starting with his first software job during college, Brian gained an early exposure to enterprise software development. However, throughout his career, he has never lost his keen ability to relate to the needs of his customers. “From the beginning, I’ve been a software developer who also worked with customers and helped solve their issues,” says Brian. “I recognized that communication is as important as delivering the solution.”
An innovation leader, Brian was part of the initial wave of web developers during his time at Ross Systems and CDC Software. He then went on to co-found IdentityStream, a one-of-a-kind software-based biometric security platform used by banks and micro-finance institutions around the world.
As Listen360’s platform architect and futurist, Brian continues to be a blend of invention and leadership. He is a CTO that leverages his passion for leading-edge technology in the creation of a new generation of customer feedback solutions.

Mindy Golde, Chief Sales Officer
"Social media enables customers to have a voice about your company and the products and services they like best. Our solution gets that. We make it easy for your customers to become brand advocates and share word-of-mouth referrals and coupons with their friends to grow your business."As the head of sales, Mindy has an unconventional philosophy: she won’t sell Listen360 to everybody. If you don’t have a problem that the system will fix, she simply won’t let you have it. To Mindy, selling is all about understanding her customers and solving their challenges. A born extrovert, Mindy’s father predicted she would have a career in sales when she was five years old. She spent four years working for a non-profit (just to prove him wrong) but even there she gravitated toward business development. Mindy continues to build a successful sales career by developing authentic client-focused relationships. Prior to Listen360, she worked with some of the most customer-centric companies in the world, including The Gap, Shire Pharmaceuticals and ADP.
Mindy is also a popular conference and trade show speaker on the topic of social media, helping audiences understand how to leverage online platforms to grow business and connect with customers. In fact, Mindy appreciates the power of social media in a very personal way: several years ago, she reconnected with her best friend from middle school on Facebook. Now he’s her husband.
When she’s not building relationships with people, Mindy is connecting with rescue dogs. As a long time activist in Atlanta’s rescue dog community, Mindy has adopted four furry friends (so far) who rule her house and her heart.

Richard Thomas, EVP of Marketing and Business Partner Development
"A business of integrity is all about creating win-win relationships,” says Richard. “I love talking to people who don’t know about Listen360, hearing them explain their business challenges, and helping them understand how we can solve them. I get a lot of satisfaction knowing we made a customer’s situation better and delivered positive results quickly because our product does what we promised and more."Richard grew up working in his uncle’s hardware store and loved to figure out how things worked so he could tell customers which tools to use to fix their problems. Not surprisingly, he graduated college with an engineering degree. He promptly applied his analytical and problem-solving skills to supporting customers, as a systems client manager with IBM. Richard left IBM to move to Australia and manage partner channels for an enterprise software solution company serving global manufacturing companies. His next career merged his international business experience with his natural sales skills, as Richard co-founded IdentityStream, a biometric security platform used by banks and micro-finance institutions around the world.
Richard’s mission at Listen360 is to drive the company’s growth by spreading the word about the value of listening to customers, and developing a network of business partners that will offer Listen360 as part of an integrated business operations solution. His goal is to achieve more than 5 million users in the next two years.
